Perwisyong Batas ni Trillanes, Ipapabasura ni Cong. Paolo Duterte!

Gagawa ng hakbang si House Deputy Speaker at Presidential Son Paolo Duterte na i-repeal o bawiin ang batas na inakda ng dating rebelde at dating senador na si Antonio Trillanes IV.

Ang tinutukoy na batas ni Cong. Paolo ay ang Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Law o Republic Act No. 10912 – “Continuing Professional Development Act of 2016”. Sa naturang batas, kailangan ng mga propesyunal na kumuha ng pagsusulit at ipasa ito upang ma-renew ang kanilang Professional Identification Card.
Tinawag ni Cong. Paolo na “uncalled for” at “anti-professional”.

“This CPD law is uncalled for. To address this, we will file a bill repealing this anti-professional measure introduced by Trillanes… Our proposed measure is also to serve as gartitude to our frontliners who continuously render their service to our nation, especially in this time of cirsis. W e have witnesses the selfless acts of our professional frontliners. They do not deserve the CPD Law,” sabi ni House Deputy Speaker Duterte.

“While we support the lifelong learning among our professionals to further their craft, the requirements set by the CPD law just adds to the burden they have to deal with… After a long day of work, they are forced to spend a bulk of their salary, take absences from work, and go through unreasonable hardships just so they can renew their licenses and continue the practice of their professions,” dagdag pa ng kongresista.

Mayroon ng naging hakbang sa nakaraan na i-repeal ang nasabing batas mula sa mababang kapulungan hanggang sa senado. Magugunita na mayroon din 44,000 na propesyunal na lumagda sa isang petisyon para kwestyunin ang batas ni Trillanes. Kung ipapagpatuloy ni Congressman Duterte ang kanyang plano, maaari siyang makakuha ng suporta.
Magugunita na humarap dati sa senado si Duterte matapos akusahan ito ni Trillanes ng mga hindi kanais-nais na paratang.
