Hindi naglabas ng temporary restraning order (TRO) ang Korte Suprema laban sa naging desisyon ng National Telecommuinication Commission (NTC) na phintuin sa pag-ere ang ABS-CBN.
Ibig sabihin nito ay mananatailing ang Kapamilya network na hindi pwedeng mag-broadcast sa TV.
Sa online court session ng Korte SUpreme, 14 sa mga hukom ang bumoto. Inatasan na rin nila ang NTC na magbigay ng komento sa loob ng 10 araw kaugnay sa petisyon ng sa Cease and Desist Order (CDO) laban sa ABS-CBN.
Sa petisyon ng Kapamilya network sa Supreme Court, sinabi na nilabag ng NTC ang due process ng kanilang kumpanya dahil naglabas daw ng CDO na wala man lang abiso.

Angal pa ng Kapamilya network na aabot sa P35 million kada araw ang nalulugi sa kanilan simula nang pahintuin ang kanilang operasyon. Mapipilitan din daw sila na magtanggal ng mga trabahador.
“If this severe financial hemorrhage is not stopped, ABS-CBN may be constrained to eventually let go of workers, reduce salaries and benefits, and substantially cut down on costs and expenses,” sabi pa sa petisyon.

“Hindi binigyan ng Supreme Court ng TRO ang ABS-CBN at ito ay unanimous decision, ibig sabihin 14-0 ang pagboto ng mga Supreme Court Justices na hindi nararapat pigilan ang NTC na ipatigil ang pag broadcast ng ABS CBN dahil sa paso nitong prankisa,” pahayag ni Atty. Gadon sa kanyang social media account.
