Kamakailan lang ay nagsagawa ng operasyon ang mga alagad ng batas laban sa mga rebeldeng komunista. 9 ang napaulat na napulbos ng pwersa ng gobyerno.
Matapos ang nangyaring operasyon, sabay-sabay ang ngawa ng ilang personalidad. Pinalalabas nila na mga aktibista lang daw ang mga natepok. Isa sa mga bumobboladas ay si Bayan Official Renato Reyes. Kuda ni Reyes, hindi daw armadong rebelde ang nasawi.
“Lahat po ng inaresto, lahat ng pinatay… all of them were legal activists. They are unarmed… Sila po ay legal activists publicly known, they are known by their communities, they are staying in their homes.
They are not personalities of alleged communist-terrorist group as the PNP claims. Hindi po sila armadong rebelde,” sabi ni Reyes.
Hindi naman pinalampas ng mga kasundaluhan ang kasinungalingan ng mga makakaliwang grupo. Sa kanilang soial media account, ibinunyag nila ang kanilang ebidensiya.
“This is one of the so called “activist” that Karapatan and CPP front orgs are telling us. He is one of those killed during last Sunday’s Law Enforcement Operations (LEO). He is Ariel Evangelista,” sabi ng Armed Forces of the Philippines – Soutern Luzon Command.
“They are just some of the “activists” who fought with law enforcers in Rizal and Batangas during the serving of SWs last Sunday. Clearly they are armed so activists still? Remember KARAPATAN activist Gwendhyl Malabanan who was captured together with NPAs? Let’s watchout for these people who insists they are activists,” dagdag pa ni Gen. Parlade sa kaniyang FB account.
