A certain Davaoeno named Monching Lumantas, apparently a Duterte supporter, is very, very mad at GMA broadcaster Arnold Clavio for his 'unpleasant' remarks vs Duterte administration's handling of the pandemic.
To give you an idea where did Lumantas anger towards Clavio come from, let me direct your attention to the meme below, which contained the IG post of the GMA broadcaster that elicited an angry response from the author.

Moving forward, in a Facebook post with the title, 'DUMB, DUMBER, DUMBEST', Lumantas vented his anger at Arnold Clavio, akin to raging bull wanting to run over the GMA 7 broadcaster.
First and foremost, Lumantas said he will not addressed the GMA broadcaster 'IGAN' (Kaibigan for short) because of his Instagram post. Instead, Lumantas said he would prefer to call Clavio 'Lloyd' which suits him fine.
"Unang-una, hindi kita tatawaging IGAN dahil sa Instagram post mo na ito, sigurado ako unti-unti na mawawala ang mga kaibIGAN mo (isa na ako) at dadami na ang mga kaAWAY mo! LLOYD na lang bagay pa (as in 'mongoloid'). Sinira mo ang umaga ko!"
Second, Lumatas wanted to know if Clavio was hard on hearing. He wished Clavio should have listened to the full statement of the President before passing a judgment. Lumantas went on to do the research in behalf of Clavio for his education.
"Pangalawa, BINGI ka ba? Kung di mo narinig ang speech ng Pangulo eh sana inalam mo muna kung ano ang buong sinabi ng Pangulo bago ka humusga! Eto, sinearch ko sa website ng PCOO ang totoong sinabi ng Pangulo. Here is the President in his own words :

Clavio's 'innocent' sounding question further triggered Lumantas, eliciting cuss words from the Duterte supporter. Lumantas dared Clavio to run for 'kagawad' so that the GMA 7 broadcaster will know the ins and outs of governance. He went on to educate Clavio, giving the GMA 7 broadcaster an idea how the government works.
"Eh, sira ulo ka pala! Tumakbo ka muna ng 'kagawad' para malaman mo ang pamamalakad sa pamahalaan. Para sa kaalaman mo, kailangan ng batas upang maka 'disburse' o gumasto ang kahit sinong opisyal ng gobierno. Kahit piso, hindi mo pwede gastusin kung walang batas at yan ang dahilan kung bakit kailangan ng Bayanihan Act 1 & 2."

WALA! totoo ang sinabi ng Pangulo na 'hangin pa lahat ito, hahanapin pa'. Hindi mo alam na may P90 billion na 'revenue shortfall' ang Pilipinas dahil sa lower tax collections sa simula pa ng pandemic. Saan ka kukuha ng 'cold cash' para tustusan ang mga pangangailan ng taumbayan? The 'budget deficit' would have to be covered by borrowings. Dapat nga magpasalamat ka at tayong lahat dahil meron pa nagpapa utang sa atin dahil mataas ang 'credit ratings' natin sa iba't ibang banko sa buong mundo."
At this juncture, Lumantas gave netizens a heads up how he will demolish Arnold Clavio's criticism that the Duterte government have no strategy in handling the pandemic.
"Dito papasok ang huling punto ko sa banat mo laban sa Pangulo 'WALANG DISKARTE?"
"Ngayon, eto ang maling akala mo. Kapag na approve ang batas, ang akala mo meron ng pera na handa na ilabas na agaran ng pamahalaan? Because the country has been in a lockdown for 6 months, and yet he should be thankful he is still alive, otherwise, he would be on ventilator and fighting for dear life. And speaking of relief aid, Lumantas said that 92% of Filipinos did receive aid and only 8% didn't that is why they are very noisy, including him.
"Bulag ka ba Lloyd? Mag-aanim na buwan na tayo naka-lockdown, pasalamat ka buhay ka pa dahil kung walang diskarte ang Pangulo, siguro naka 'ventilator' kana at naghihingalo. Lumantas remarked Clavio has no credibility to criticize the government about having no strategy because he is clueless or experience in running a government. And, he is a broadcaster not an economist. He asked Clavio what has he done to help during the pandemic. Of not, he should start by distributing 1 kilo of rice to poor fellow Tondo folks.
"So, finally let me give you a bit of advice Lloyd! You are a broadcaster, not an economist. Wala kang alam sa pagpapatakbo ng gobierno. May naitulong ka na ba sa panahong ito? Kung meron, baka maniniwala pa ako sayo. Kung wala, bigyan mo muna na kahit isang kilong bigas ang mga maralitang taga Tondo kung saan dyan ka lumaki. Bobo!"
Lumantas wrapped up the rant by leaving some words of advice to Arnold Clavio.
"Never teach the President on what to do. Instead, be an instrument of unity and peace. Pray that we will all survive because one day you will look back and thank this government for seeing the light of another day.
"So, finally let me give you a bit of advice Lloyd! You are a broadcaster, not an economist. Wala kang alam sa pagpapatakbo ng gobierno. May naitulong ka na ba sa panahong ito? Kung meron, baka maniniwala pa ako sayo. Kung wala, bigyan mo muna na kahit isang kilong bigas ang mga maralitang taga Tondo kung saan dyan ka lumaki. Bobo!"
