Sa isang video na may petsang Hulyo 15, 2019, nagbigay ng pagbati si Communist Party of the Philippines Founder Joma Sison kay Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso. Inilabas ang nasabing video noong kasagsagan ng pagpapa-alis ni Mayor Isko sa mga vendors sa kalsada sa kanyang lungsod.
“It looks like Mayor Isko is fated to become friends with Jacky and myself… I congratulate Ka Isko for his resounding success in becoming the Mayor of Manila. In so short of time, he has done so much to impress the people of Manila and the entire Philippines with his determination and effectiveness in serving the people,” sabi n Sison.
