Sa kaniyang pagharap sa publiko nitong nagdaang mga araw ay nag-iwan ng matinding mensahe si Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte sa mga miyembro ng Makabayan Bloc. Ayon sa Pangulo, nakita na raw niya ang mga records at napatotoohanan daw ng mga dokumento ang pagiging komunista ng mga leftist legal fronts. Special mention din kay Pangulong Duterte ang si Bayan Muna Congressman Carlos Zarate.
