“The National Bureau of Investigation should investigate Vice-President Leni Robredo for illegal solicitations, actions that compete with, or calculated to undermine, national government efforts in this time of public health emergency or national calamities, such as OVP’s free shuttle service and dormitories for health workers, and PPEs for health workers,” pahayag ni PACC

Ayon sa PACC, tila kinukumpitensiya daw ng ikalawang pangulo ang national government kahit na bahagi naman siya nito.
“Being a part of the national government, Robredo is barred from competing with the DOH (Department of Health), DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development) and OCD (Office of Civil Defense/NDRRMC (National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), or undermining their efforts, and from soliciting donations, in cash or in kind, from the taxpaying public, especially since funds have already been appropriated or set aside for relief assistance, disaster mitigation, rehabilitation,” dagdag pa ni Luna.
Paliwanag pa ni Luna, maaaring nilabag ni VP Leni ang National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) Law at Solicitation Permit Law.
Ilan sa mga ginawang hakbang na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte upang malabanan ang mabilis na pagkalatng covi-19 ay ang pagpapatupad ng enhance community quarantine (ecq) sa buong Luzon. Inilagay na rin ni Pangulong Duterte ang Pilipinas sa “state of calamity”. Kamakailan lang ay nagpasa na rin ng batas ang seando at kongreso para bigyan ng dagdag na kapangyarihan si Pangulong Duterte upang tugunan ang krisis na kinakaharap ng Pilipinas dahil sa covid-19.
