Magugunita na hindi pinayagan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte ang mga eskwelahan na magsagawa ng face-to-face classes dahil sa pangamba ng mas malawakang covid-19 outbreak. Bagkus magkakaroon na lang ng distance learning para hindi mapahamak ang mga estudyante sa gitna ng banta ng covid-19.

Hindi naman nakaligtas kay Pangulong Duterte ang maliit na kaltas sa mga matrikula ng mga eskwelahan.
